Landon Oldham

A Cunningham, Kansas native, Landon met his wife, Vicki, early in life—and the two have been building their future together ever since. After earning bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Business from Kansas State University, they returned to Cunningham to plant their roots. Shortly after, Landon founded Heartland Soil Services, driven by a vision of helping growers succeed through better soil insight and support.

Landon and Vicki are proud parents to Morgan and Jace—two kids who are, as Landon says, “exact replicas of us.” His family remains his proudest accomplishment and constant source of inspiration.

Outside of work, Landon loves hunting, fishing, spending time at the lake, managing wildlife properties, and enjoying time with his family outdoors. He brings that same passion and positivity into his leadership style every day.

His favorite part of HSS? “The people I get to work with on a daily basis,” he says. “We’ve built an incredible team, and I truly believe there’s nothing we can’t accomplish together.”

Known for his easygoing nature and optimistic outlook, Landon lives by a simple philosophy:

“If you're a good person and treat people right, you’ll succeed.”

Or as he likes to put it—“You’ll catch more flies with honey than vinegar.”
