What is Required to Be Part Of the Program?
Enrolling in the Guaranteed Grid Program is simple. Your entire operation is enrolled, and you work with your HSS representative to build a four-year field sampling schedule. You choose which fields are sampled each year, and only pay for the services completed according to that schedule. There are no enrollment fees, no minimum acreage requirements, and no charges for acres that have not yet been serviced.
How does the program work?
You and your HSS representative meet to build a four-year plan for your operation. Once your schedule is complete and your agreement is signed, your pricing is locked at today's retail rates for the duration of the program.
Each year, your representative will contact you ahead of sampling season to confirm your scheduled acres, coordinate logistics, complete the agreed services, and review your results after sampling is finished. You'll only be billed for the services completed that year, all at your locked pricing.
Once Enrolled, How Long Am I A Part of The Program?
The Guaranteed Grid Program follows a four-year schedule built specifically for your operation. Throughout the program, your pricing remains locked at today's retail rates, even if Heartland Soil Services' pricing changes. At the end of the four-year term, you'll have completed the schedule you built with your HSS representative and can work together to plan the next rotation.
