Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to the HSS team. With a B.A. in Leadership & Management, he thrives in roles that blend strategy with relationship-building—making him a perfect fit in outside sales.

Jim comes from a close-knit, hardworking family that shares a love for the outdoors. He’s most proud of being a father to three amazing kids, and his free time is often spent hunting, fishing, and making memories with loved ones.
